One of my daughter's friends is throwing up after she eats and cutting herself, what can I do?

You need to tell her mother first. Apperently she is having problams and you should try to help out as much as you can. She could really hurt herself, posably die. SHe may be mad at first, but when she is grown up and has kids, she will say "Wow I almosted missed out on this"

Tell someone! Like a school councilor.Or make a mental hygene arrest which means that they will pick her up & take her for an evaluation Then released with follow up care such as medicine & counciling.

Sounds like she needs some counseling. My husband is a cutter... when he gets frustrated he does it... it's linked with low self esteem. Your freind needs a counselor and quick.

ok,well if she is doing that talk to her and ask her wat is wrong.If she is cutting herself,its mostly cuz of stress,or they feel like they r not wanted,or nobody likes them,and i think that after u talk to her u should talk to her mom about wat she is doing,cuz u don't want anything to happen to her.So just talk to her and her mother about those things.
