Generally, the defendant isn't questioned, and it wouldn't be the judge that asked him a question, it would be the D.A. And, if he was found guilty of purjury, he would probably get the murder charge too.
But, no, I wouldn't stab someone. I like not being in prison.

I would definitely stab someone with my finger, but not in the eye, ear or other sensitive body areas.... usless they asked me to..if..you..know..what..I.. mean?
Otherwise, my mommy won't let me run around with something sharp in my hands. I might hurt myself let alone anyone else!
