If you're going to bake to impress, I say shell out the few extra bucks and go for Verona baking chocolate. World renowned chocolatiers swear by it; and won't use anything else. The taste and quality are worth the extra money! If you want a ready-to-eat, I recommend Dove or Ghirardelli or Godiva brands.

It depends on each person as to what tastes best. For rich, chocolate flavor, I like dark chocolate from Godiva Dove or Ghardelli. Most companies have good products out, it's a matter of carefully researching to find out whose product best suits your taste buds. Have fun researching.

The truth is that Belgian Chocolates are the best, even store brands like Côte d´or are very good. Guylian is more expensive but often has a richer taste.

I like to use Callebaut for cooking. Its a chocolate from Belgium and comes in many varieties with different cocoa butter levels. Just use the semi sweet, it will cover anything you are baking.

Dark is better for you and good after dinner.
Find a chocolatier near you and ask for "free samples" since most will have some ready with the hopes you'll buy!

i like milk chocolate. not white- and not with rice.
my favourie is of England - Cadbury.
the factory is wonderfull - like madam tausaude in London.
the chocolate museum in Brussel - is miserable. just waste of time.
the belgian chocolate is the best - but i don't like them (politically).
and i never will say "no" to aerated chocolate...
but - all this while i am in visit abroad...
in Israel i like Elite (commercial)
and that of Max Brener. but he was bought by Elite - and as a result it lose the high quality as before.
but not every one is a businessman...

There is no bad chocolate, darling! Callebaut chocolate is the best. The chocolatier Bernard Callebaut made this chocolate famous. Mmmmmmm......

And, you know, if you're Canadian, Purdy's is quite nice, too.
