At 4, a long blonde wig and a dull stake should cover it. Maybe you could make the stake out of the playdough substance that crayola makes or floam - something soft and kid - friendly.
A long coat would be good, and maybe a silver cross on a necklace - one of those gothy-looking ones.
Does she have a favorite episode that you could copy Buffy's outfit?
Maybe a Sunnydale cheer leader uniform?
(I love that show.)

haha! how bout some trendy jeans/pants, tank top or tight shirt, high pony tail w/ bangs, OR long w/ curls, very girly makeup.... and then make some fake crossbows/arrows out of cardboard..? and u can make fake blood marks on her arms like she was cut from fighting vampires..give her a cross of some kind, and maybe get a vampire stuffed animal and tie it up, as if she "caught" it? good luck!

just give her a fake dagger or whatever and put some fake garlic around her neck (ya know so she wont stink ..haha) just make her a little cute a**kicker
