I have only 16 colors on my computer. How can I increase resolution?

change the settings. go to a blank space on your desktop and hit right mouse button. select properties then go to the settings tab change the color quality (down arrow) to 16 bit or 32 bit. Change the resolution from here also to get a bigger desktop.

this happend to me before. my only solution was reinstalling windows
