go to start menue settings control panell then click on (regional and languge option) then from (regional option ) (customize) choose the language you want .

IN your control panel there is a mdula for selected the language. You can also have a button place on your task bar to switch betwen the to. There is also a download available on microsoft .com so that you keyboard with switch between Eng and Span too..
