Seriously. I think they should make a by-law aginst this, and it's usually these same people who ask "is the water too hot?" after scalding your scalp with 3rd degree burns.

Yeah, that's kind of creepy! Especially when the nails are all curled *cringe* If you 're looking for a new hair-dresser, I can cut hair and I don't have Freddy Kruger nails!

No, I don't I mean that is your opinion I'm a hairdresser and I wear medium length nails so what should it matter as long as your hair gets done and they are extremely clean about what they do and how they go about it. I think that you just had a bad experience with a hairdresser that had long nails. But go ahead and smile tomorrow is a better day.

I have to disagree with you on this one....not with the water thing - Noone likes to be scalded; but with the nails....I think they feel great on the scalp when they wash your hair. .......Oh yeah baby.... turns me on!!!!!!!!!

Go to a man in an upscale salon and tell him you prefer the water to start out cooler and he can then adjust it if necessary.
