I'm going to graduate university in 6 months and I'm working now too. I feel like the days of high school, hanging out with friends, doing nothing, and having fun are over! How old are you? I feel like if I'm more tired, apathetic, and lack motivation.

Forgive me a moment, LOL,LOL,LOL, AAAHHHHHHHHH HA, HA,HA, "is 21 old!?" Ahem, ok. I'm all right now.

Honey, not to make light of your concern, but you are just beginning. NO, you are NOT old. What you are is a little fatigued and overwhelmed because you are reaching the end of something major in your life. Relax. You have done well. You will get through the transition of going into the working world or completing an advanced degree too. You will be able to party all nite long for several years to come. Decades even.

As for my age, I've reached the age where I lie by subtracting 10 years. Luckily for me some people think I look a little younger than that! I recommend clean living, easy on the alcohol and no drugs. Good genes help too. LOL!

Congratulations on your upcoming degree. Best wishes for your continued success.

I'm 21 too... and feel OLD!!! I think it is just the fact that I have always been the youngest person in school... and now I am not... So i feel like the older person (which i guess i am). It is hard to let go of the "Kid" feeling... like 6 years ago I was in High School.. just learning how to drive... then I think in 6-years from now I will have my masters, married, house... Its hard for me to realize that I'm turning into an adult...when all I want to do is stay a kid... I think 21 is a hard age... because it seems like you don't have much to look forward too... I try my best to talk myself out of that frame of mind... or simply not think about it... and think about how rewarding my future will be once I am done with school... Feel better... I can empathize!!!

This fades, you will feel better when your life is your own and you graduate and go on to something more purposeful. This is just the ebb and flow of life, so don't feel 21 is old. You are just in transition. You aren't the paryty child of yesteryear, those days are mostly gone, thank goodness, because you'll see guys at each stage of your life who never move passed this stage. It means you are maturing, but still in between. Hang in there, plan a few fun things if possible, giving yourself something to look forward to.

You're old enough to drink but not too old to enjoy life. Check out the social scene at your university when you can find the time. At 24, I KNOW I'm not old. In fact, at my workplace, I'm the youngest one in the office by at least a decade!

I'm 21, too. I am not working, but I am in professional (Pharmacy) school. Sometimes all the work is so tiring, and all I want to do is to do is to forget it all.
