dreams come in your sleep without having control. Hallucinations come from mental illness....
and a vision from god comes from Powerful Drugs!
There is no God! He is a manufactured concept in order to justify existance of man. Nothing more or less!

a dream can come from God, or not a vision can come from God, or not. the quesion you should be asking is how do you know if it is from God? If that is the quiston your actley asking the anwser is if its from God you know. If you dougt its from God then well it might not be. God is not one to mince words or speak alot however when he dose you can here him.

my guess is that a dream occurs when one is asleep, a hallucination occurs when one is awake, and a vision occurs whenever but it is internalized because god is speaking directly to you.
