hi, there is no fast way to grow your hair on average hair grows about half an inch - 20cm a month hair sometimes grows faster at certain times of the year but it wont make that much difference, if you want to achieve a particular look why not try different styles while it is growing, look in hair magazines at the hairdressers to get some ideas or have a chat with a hairdresser see what styles recommend I'm sure they wont mind giving you advice if you point out that you may go to them in the future, and just think by Christmas your hair will be 60cm longer, good luck.

I assume you mean what style to have?

At age 10 a child should be able to have their hair how THEY want it.
