Everyone says that Crest Whitening Strips are the cheapest, most effective way. It's temporary, though.

I tell my patients that Crest white strips work and are inexpensive but don't cover thoroughly. For the best, most even whitening result, you should have trays professionally made at your dentist office and whiten with professional gel. We sell for $200.

Crest whitening strips, theyre licke 25$ and it worked for me in like 1 week, after that just keep brushing and they should stay nice and white.

Yes, rinse twice daily with a small ammount of Listerine whitening formua, and follow up with brushing with mentadent. For just under ten dollars, you will see an improvement in just a couple days, no kidding, I mean, I was shocked.

Crest Whitestrips- the only downside you may end up doing them twice a year- but they're pretty inexpensive and work well. Flossing is super important, and think of investing in a Sonicare toothbrush- they are pricey but they are worth it --
