My hair was SO VERY OILY when I was middle school to high school age. Sorry you're having to deal with this! I know it makes you feel dirty, even though you know you're not!
(The funny thing is that in just a few years you'll be wishing your skin produced more oil!)
Previous answerers have mentioned dry powder shampoos. I've never tried those, but I can tell you that any kind of body powder will work for this purpose (Shower to Shower, baby powder, etc). Rub it into your scalp and brush it through, making sure to dust out the extra powder well (otherwise it'll be grayish!).
Unless your hair is really fragile, it can handle a wash a day. Washing more than once a day would probably cause some breakage, and you don't want that either.
The best shampoo I've found for oily hair is Suave Daily Clarifying. It's supposed to be specially made for getting out "gunk" -- natural oils and styling product build-up. That may be true, but I used it because it works and it is CHEAP! : -)
As a rule, they say that clear shampoos are harsher than opaque ones... in my experience, this is really true. Your hair can support harsher shampoos, so be sure to look for clear ones. And often the ones with special labels like "volumizing," "straightening," "extra body," etc have special additives that would cause the additional build-up that you don't want.
The good news is that unless you have some kind of glandular problem (I'm sure you don't!), you will probably "grow out of" this. I know it sucks to hear that, but at 21 my hair and skin are already much drier than they were just 3 years ago. Body chemistries change; it's just the way God made us!

Do not use shampoo for oily hair it contains oil which is supposed to attract oil.(NOT) I like to use believe it or not VO5 extra body $1.I use salon conditioners, have money to buy whatever I want but I have used VO5 for years.Wash your hair twice with warm not hot water which will just get your pores open and flowing again.Try not to use conditioner on your scalp everyday, only occasionally to prevent drying and always, always rinse your hair with cold water as it will close the hair shaft.Rinse again before leaving the shower in case of steam.

here u r wat to do :
1- avoid combin ur hair so much just once daily it'll be good(cause if u combed ur hair u'll stimulate ur oil glands to secrete more oil cause combin is like a message to ur scapl)
2-wash ur hair daily with a suitable shampoo.
3- don't apply any certain types of conditioners it'll make it more greasy.
4-use tea tree or neem extract products it decrease oil gland stimulation to scerete oil.
5-Mix 2 - 3 tablespoons of Epsom salts with 1/2 cup of shampoo and store in a plastic container. Massage about a tablespoon of the mixture into your DRY hair. Add water and shampoo as usual. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.

Use conditioner rarely since you have enough natural oils. If you need to put baby powder in your hair daily at the roots and it helps (for the day)
