My dead boyfriend who was 10yrs older,was adrug dealer with shady past read on 2 help me figure out his motive

1.When I first met him he lied about having a kid(he doesnt have any kids),Having a big brother who was killed(he's an only child).
2.He told me about girl he had a crush on that he didn't date cuz HER MOMA gave him oral sex.
3.He's always asking me to tell him some dirt about me 'cuz he thinks im 2 good 2 be true.
4.He alway told me about girls telling him how good of a man he is,and he wont date them cuz they are hookin'(sleepin with guys 4 cash)
5.He lied about a girl having his name tatooed on her neck.
6)(read other question)I think he lied about a recent std issue we had).
Alot of these lies he told me i let them slip, and just 4got about them.
HOW DO I KNOW THESE ARE LIES...
He just got murdered and I aksed his mom and she said he had no brother and no kids, other just seems like a lie.
Even tho he is dead,I still wanna figure out his motives and why?
He had stoped sellin drugs and started going 2 church,he said I am the reason he changehis life,he was murder year ago

well im terrably sorry about what happened to him and im not really sure if this is exactally right but its the only explenation i can think of...
maybe he lied to you so much becouse he wanted you to see or think he was the most wonderful man youve ever met and he didnt want you to ever break up with him he wanted you to be his girlfreind forever and never wanted to loose you no matter what so basically he just wanted to make himself look like a hotter nicer man just for you and he proubally wanted you to think alot of other woman liked him but he only had eyes for you.

the reason why i think he stopped drug dealind and started ging to church was proubally all for you maybe he relized how speacial you were to him and didnt want enythig from dealing to come back to him or even lead to you he proubally started going to church becouse he relized what he was doing was wrong and wanted to be forgiven and he was so thankful to the lord that he still had you in his life and was willing to give up everything for you.
you didnt say why he was murdered but if you dont know it could have been becouse of something that happened mybe ripping someone off and then afraid they were gonna kill him so he quit and went to church praying nothing would happen.

His motive (his MO) was to tell you what ever he thought you wanted to hear. If you knew the truth you wouldn't have had anything to do with him. He always lied to you. He lied to everyone.
My liar was a heroin addict. He was seeing (using) someone else, was unemployed ,had a long prision record, etc. He knew if I knew any of that I would have dumped his sorry lyin' ***! But you start to find out things a little at a time and just push them aside because you are basically in love with someone they made up.

JUST STOP THINKING ABOUT HIM! He doesn't deserve the space in your head.

Im thinking he just enjoyed playing up the supposed "thug life" he was leading. He might of thought that made him more mysterious, dangerous.
