hershey is an American Chocolate company located in Hershey Pensylvania. Their bar was famous for being the same price from time of first production to the early 1970's (five cents). Hershey bars were also standard GI rations durring WWII. Many an English lass gave up her charms for the chocolate bar (not even made with coco butter at the time)

They are an American chocolate bar. They taste of more cocoa and are less milky than Cadburys. Their most famous chocolate is called the "Hershey's Kiss" which is a big chocolate chip (raindrop dropped on a cookie sheet) wrapped in silver paper and tied with a white paper ribbon.

PS - I'll trade you a USA Hershey bar for a UK Crunchie Bar.

Hersheys is the US equivalent of Cadbury's in the UK. I tried a few when I went to Florida a few years ago. You can actually get them in some corner shops over here, but you have to keep your eyes open for them!

It's an American manufactured candy & they're based out of Hershey, Pennsylvania. I've driven through there and the whole city smells like chocolate.

They even have recipes that you might be able to use if you substitute the chocolate you have in southern England.
