Here's my idea. I want to get lots of religious and not religious people to take the IQ test at www.iqtest.com. It is a very reputable site and is the top result for a search of "IQ test" on google. It only takes about 13 minutes of your time. Something like 5 million have taken their test. The average score is a 108. I'm guessing the non religious will score higher. Prove me wrong if you're not too scared! Besdies, if you score low you can always just say that the test was bs lol.

PS - I got a 139 last night. I'm an atheist.

I don't think anyone actually took the test on the site, but if those numbers given by the Christians actually WERE from the test, that means that the guy who posted 159 is 1 point away from being and "Extraordinary Genius" and the other person who said he got a 175 is 1 point from off the scale. Take the test on the website if you want to actually compare.

I love how "beedaduck" just totally lied. The highest you can get on the test is 175.

That test is not 'very reputable' and just because it is the top result does not mean it is accurate. It is garbage. It is not accurate or reputable among people that are studied in this area.

http://www.iqtest.dk/main.swf for the most accurate IQ test on the internet. Measures up to 145 fairly well for an internet test.

If you score over 130-135, you might want to take http://nicologic.free.fr/MatrixB.htm

It's a high range IQ test.

And stating my IQ for the sake of the poll is pointless, because most people have either lied or their scores are greatly inflated by that horrible test.

How might want to you describe "smarter"? I actually have 3 college stages and am smarter than my sister (who does not) even as it contains volume of educating. My sister has 5 children and is smarter than i'm (by reality I actually have one) even as it contains dealing with a funds featuring 7 human beings. As an entire, i do not imagine of that Atheists are smarter than Christians, nor to i imagine of Christians are smarter than Atheists - i imagine of one of those recommendations that purpose to favor one over the diverse might want to wish to be regarded at very heavily, even to the ingredient of reviewing the questions that were requested and the inducement of the crew putting those recommendations mutually.

I was given an IQ test when I was 8 so I could enter the gifted program out here and mine was 142. I am a Christian. I don't really believe it makes a difference to your intelligence level if you believe in God or choose not to believe. By the way 139 is not too shabby, puts you ahead of most.

You don't really want an answer to your question; you just want an excuse to bolster your belief. You think that just because you have a semblance of intelligence (which I highly doubt) that your opinion (based on no intelligent information) is actually factual and has any relevance because you are supported by other equally as unintelligent people. Pretty pathetic attempt even for a 12 year old. Grow up. Christian 175

I believe you meant wiser. Because Jesus said He took the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. You see we have a lot of intellectual fools walking around here. I took the test and memorized it. If I continue taking the test my scores will go higher. All you need is a good memory for those IQ test. The only smart atheist is a dead one, when he reaches on the other side. I hope you don't wait to meet Jesus as a judge instead, seek to meet Him as a smiling Saviour.

I took it, I got 112. I am not a Christian. I am agnotstic, if you need a label. So does that prove you are smarter because you don't believe in God? I don't think so!

IQ tests administered by a professional aren't terribly great. Forget a stupid online test.
