You have either a seriously decayed tooth
or
a serious gastrointestal malady (of the liver, gall bladder or from some internal bleeding).
See your dentist and a gastro-enterologist and tell them about your symptoms.

If you are experiencing smell from your anus, you need to see a doctor immediately. It could be an infection, or an access. You need to be checked for stds such as HPV as these are capable of causing lesions that later could be infected. It is possible you have an infected broken blood vessel in your rectum... Are you having discharges? Do you experience pain? If so is it acute, moderate or just when you have a bowel movement? This is why you need to see a proctologist or rectal surgeon. In the meantime do an enema only with water several times until clean, take bath and soak yourself in warm water, washing well around the area and if the smell persist, make an appointment with the doctor.

You may have the genetic condition called Trimethylaminuria, or "TMAU" for short. There is a lot of information online about this disease - just enter the name of this disease into an Internet search engine. TMAU can cause horrible body odors in persons who have this disease. The only symptom of TMAU is the odor, and people with TMAU are otherwise healthy. The body odor is not caused by a lack of personal hygiene. In fact, a person with TMAU can smell horribly 10 minutes after they shower. The odor can resemble that of rotting fish, urine, feces, or garbage. People affected by TMAU can also have a musty smell.
The strength of the odor caused by TMAU varies from person to person, and may also vary over time. For women, the odor typically gets worse around their periods. Stress can cause an increase in the odor. The odor is not affected by personal hygiene. The TMAU odor is caused because the person's liver does not produce an enzyme that is necessary to break down a nutrient found to some degree in almost all foods (the nutrient choline).
There is currently no cure for TMAU.

See a doctor. It could be what you eat though. If you eat a lot of Garlic or Onions this could also cause it.
