It's nothing to do with being lazy. It's just much more intense if someone else is doing it. Someone else's rythyms aren't as predictable as your own so you don't quite know when you're going to *** and how hard. Also it can be difficlt to keep going once you've strated to climax, but when some else does it to you it can be relentless and therefore for much more intense. The smell and feel of someone of the sex you prefer is also very stimulating and heightens the sensation and it doesn't carry with it the psychological stigma of being " a wanker". I must admit it's a giggle to see this question in the Community Service section though!

From my experience women are shite at hand jobs (rather like shaking a ketchup bottle, or arm wrestling a rattle snake) my groans have been mistaken for those of pleasure and not pain which worsens the situation.

Well, that's one way to look at this ('lazy'). Another way might have something to do with A) 'human contact' - and B) 'loneliness,' or it could have to do with C) the 'sleazyness in the payment of money' for this act.
I'd suspect the last of these as you don't come across as someone who have anything to do with the 'sharing of human contact,' nor 'helping someone with their feelings of being lonely.'
