It could be Acid reflux (Hearburn) symptoms, it is treated with antacid (e.g. maalox) or Zantac 75 or Pepcid 10mg.
It could be a kind of gastritis (which is a pre-disposing for gastric ulcers), and it is best treated Zantac 300mg or Proton Pump inhibitors (as Nexium 40mg). for fast relief u can use Maalox suspension (no interaction with other medications).
and the the best way is avoiding spicy, or fried food
and if u observed any abnormality u have to check with a doctor
and with wished for rapid cure

It could just be acid reflux. Try something like Tums, Pepcid or Zantac after you eat spicy food. Spicy food tends to make your stomach more acidic which can hurt your stomach so it might be better to avoid them as much as possible. This doesn't necessarily mean you have an ulcer. If taking the over the counter medication doesn't help you should see your doctor.

I'm 38 now; but when I was 23, my Dr. diagnosed me with having stomache ulcers! My symtoms were similar, When I would eat spicy foods, consume alcholic beverages, or anything that was fried in oil my stomache would feel like it was on fire! I was put on an oatmeal diet with half & half, and prescribed a med. called pepcid in capsule form! For years I suffered with this agonizing pain! Luckily between the diet and meds., my ulcer had healed!

Spicy food is never good especially if you have a sensitive stomach. Steer clear of them for a while and see if that solves the problem.

Have you ever had problems with your gallbladder? You may want to have it checked. If you have a bile duct blockage by gall stones the spicy food will tear your stomach up as you described. Go to your doctor and get evaluated to see if you need a gallbladder ultrasound.

Hmmm...
First of all...there's no such thing as "acid reflux". It's hot gasses that burn the esophagus. It's caused by not having enough digestive acid present in your system. Instead of taking a Pepsid or anything like that, drink a couple of spoonfulls of vinnigar.
It sounds nuts...but it works.
Secondly, there still are a lot of myths concerning ulcers.
They can be cleared up with strong antibiotics, now.
