I understand that the legal limit for singapore customs is 1 wine, 1 liquor and 4 beers for every travellor

Is it permissable to bring to bring in this items through customs if they have not been purchased in duty free shops?

Every country as it legal limit of liquor that can be declared. Most countries that I have visited keep it to one liter per person, but then again that can vary. Duty-free shares the same rules as carry-ons, the only difference is that the liquor is free of taxes, which in some countries can be very high.

Yes it is, just don't put it in you carry one, you can bring up to 1 bottle of wine, and 6 beers.

if it is more than 20 ml it is not permitted. once u r travelling u can only carry liquid for children babies and certain medications. water also is not allowed!!!!!!!!!!! dont even try or u will have to leave it behind
