He is living in an underground facility fully furnished with moderm amenities inside a muntain cave and well supported by Pakistan's government and intelligence as well as the locals in western Pakistan.
Though most of the top AlQaeda terrorists till now have been captured from big cities there not in caves. So we would not know for sure but the hosts would know somehow.

He is some where in Afghanistan. Living without the use of modern technology such as cell phones, computers, ect. makes it a lot more difficult to track him....also living in the mountains and in caves makes it difficult at best to track him.....he is living pretty rough
