He´s english and I brazilian, we´ve married and brazil and our baby got his name. he went to england to sale a flat he got in there cos we bought a house in here(Brazil). So my question is can I go meet him there without a problem?? I´ve been living in england for nearly four years but we just got married in Brazil. can I just take my weeding certificate and babys birth certificate? is that enough?

You probably could, i hope you are not another one of these people just trying to get into our country because we are getting overcrowded with so many people coming in.

as you have already lived in England for 4 years i cannot see a problem ,but do check with the British or immigration office

Also check upon the passport and visa rules, to be legally safe. Get in touch with the British embassy.

i don't live in England but i think going to England is not a big problem specially in your case .... you have an English girl

No, you need to get an entry visa for yourself and the baby in order to go to the UK and live there.

No the country`s bursting at the seams as it is, i have got a better idea why does`nt your husband go and live in Brazil with you.
