You can file any motion you want. It doiesn't mean the judge will grant or even take a second look at the motion.

Why don't you ask your P.O.? He might know an easier way to do it or might do it himself. More important question... why are you trying so hard top be let off early? Assuming you won't die before you get off... just do your time right, don't cause attention to yourself, and get off paper clean.

ultimately it is up to the judge, but to get favor from the judge and your PO pay all fines in full as fast as possible and meet all requirements community service, classes, programs, a job etc.. once you'done with that it all gets easier, and your PO will probably request that you get released early for for being a productive functioing member of society.

Yes you will have to talk to your PO about that or your lawyer.
You will not see the judge unless you break your probation or if your lawyer files for a motion to get your probation time to end earlier.

You would need your attorney to file a motion to discharge you from probation. A hearing will be scheduled and all sides will present evidence regarding whether you should remain or be discharged from probation. I would do this only with your PO's blessings. Sometimes, the PO's will do this on their own accord.
