Let me help you, cause obviously, you are an idiot...

Your question SHOULD read:
"What should I do? Some of my things in my house have been stolen, and I know who did this.

Our neighbors are thieves and they already have done this to others. I did not believe they could have done it, but now I have proof against them. Their brother may be a policeman, and we don't have money to sue. They had been caught before, but they were let go. (I do not know the circumstances behind this.) I don't know what I should do now. I do want my stolen property returned."

Now, what you SHOULD do is CALL THE POLICE!!!!!!

You do NOT need money to "sue" cause it would be a CRIMINAL case, which the Prosecutor would take care of, and you would be a victim/witness, to which you do NOT need any money for.

If you are a child - go get an adult.

If you are an adult - go get a translator.

Now once you've done one of those two things. Write down everything thing you know to be true. (Not anything the neighbors said. That's "hear say" and doesn't count. The police won't entertain it for even a moment.) If you have boxes from the items that were taken try to get serial numbers. Also list any identifying marks on it. List your proof. (What is your proof anyway?) Then take it to the police and get the report number. If you have homeowner's insurance then you may be able to get that to pay for some of it.
If you know of anything (not hear say but really know of anything) that they are doing illegal then call the police. If you can find out their brother's name (the policeman) call the police station and ask the desk clerk what days he works. If you call the police on their illegal activities call on his days off. You and your neighbors should call the police and call them often. The cases will eventually get moved to someone else or their brother will get noticed for sticking his head into cases that aren't his, or he'll run out of favors from his buddies. The squeeky wheel gets the oil.

Call the police. Having a brother in the police is no protection from the law.

You should call the police. Whether your neighbors brother or somebody is a policeman, that doesnt matter. If you want your stuff back, you have to call the police.

Call the police anyway. If they get called on enough eventually the police relative won't be able to do anything for them.

Call the police. And get an education.

Do you have homeowners insurance? If so go through that. If not, try your luck with the police. Or kick their a**es and take your stuff back.
