no. but you can call 911 from a phone, land line or cell, and report them to the police. people die from dui accidents.

How about adulterers? Trespassers? Pot-smokers? There was a sci-fi movie about this concept called "The Running Man". You might want to watch it in case it ever happens to you.

are you talking about a real game or real life....first its entrapment to sit outside a bar to catch duis....second...if you are only a private citizen not in any way affiliated with law enforcement then no you cant turn them in....youre not an expert judge of character...none of us are
