I know what you mean, Large, plain milk, 2 splendas. Duhhhhhh, all the time.

Once or twice even is a "mistake, after that it's annoying!That would be about the time I found a new place to have coffee! I've noticed workers that don't speak English very well !Maybe alot of it does have to do with understanding English.Then I could understand the mistake, but it would still be frustrating!Be fair give it a chance, but if it happens too many times , it's time for a change!Or, you could learn how to order it in their language and see if that works! If that's the case it's a "misunderstanding" and not a "mistake"!

The staff at Tim Hortons are good. They know their regular customers and the service is pretty fast.

Just order it black and do the sides yourself. That's what I do! Dunkin Donuts either makes the coffee to dark or too light and I have to get extra sugar just to get it to the sweetness that I like.

They might not understand. I think they [all coffee shops] should just setup all the stuff so that we can make our own coffee and just pay for the ingredients that we use.

Maybe they don't value your business. If they repeatedly get it wrong, I'd suggest you find a new coffee shop.
