My belief, based on the book of Revelation ( and I will honor your request to not quote any scripture) is that in the near future the world will embrace a new and exciting one world earth (O.N.E.) religion which will include aspects of Pantheism, Islam, Roman Catholic, Buddhist, Wicca, and Hindu traditions and beliefs. It will teach a unitarian, not inclusive creed. It will have its own living prophet and god. The Bible calls it Mystery Babylon and it may or may not exist even now. Everybody has an opinion, that is mine.

There could be no perfect religion when made of mixed religions simply because too many of the are basically abominations. Not only that but when the time comes for one world religion and one world money and such, I hope to not be here because we will be in the tribulation times. The one world religion will profess to be perfect by doing exactly what you suggest. Maybe you need to rethink that. It would be nice if everyone could be tolerant of other religions, and non religions for that matter but people are too steeped in their beliefs to do that. Sorry if you don't like the answer, however, it is the truth.

I think it would be fantastic. I'm not particularly religious, but have read a lot about most religions......the underlying principles of how life should be lived are fairly similar throughout. If a code of x number of ways to live your life well could be drawn up it would be great. But then somebody would have to 'enforce it' and we would be back to square one............

Oh dear, I'm going for a glass of wine (I think that's OK as I have worked a very long day!) Good Qu.

Best wishes.

You DON'T make "pure religion" by adding up all impure religions, any more than you get to enter by adding up all the no enter verses in the Bible.

All paths do NOT lead to life if flat out told one path(way) of two ways(ends) leadeth to "destruction" (Mt 7): notably the "no escape" sort of "destruction" also called "perdition": which is as extinction (dinosaur-ish).

Take a glass full of pure water (pure grace), add some plant dirt a 2Pet 2:22 law law dog or sow pissed on to it, and watch a little leaven leaveneth the whole (is now all undrinkable) overflow.

POINT: adding law to "grace is sufficient" is as being suicide-all, especially after being "delivered from the law" in response to prayer to Our Father (which art, in heaven): "deliver us from evil".

POINT: life + death does NOT end with life, rather with death. Be-Cause biblically grace + law(added) is as life + death(added), and life + death is a dead end that God will not have, not then, not now, not ever. But you may, if you sow wish to be not only grounded, but also groundead by being highmindead, which is akin to being doublemindead, which is as if twice dead, with the second death of two deaths mentioned being followed by hell.

The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

We can't.

Man isn't the one who creates Religion.

God does.

Man just creates division between our brothers and sisters.

Listen to God's way and not the way of the world.

Otherwise you end up with some feel-good religion that is all about vice, selfishness and greed.

Pantheism and Humanism pretty much do this.

It's the way of the future. Christianity replaced a plethora of pagan traditions, making a sort of "universal" religion. Now it's time to do it again. Only this time around, we'll be leaving out the supernatural "god" part...

If we took all of the aspects of religion so they would cancel one another out so there would be no religion it would be perfect.

I'm pretty much in love with Vodou myself. No hell, no evangelizing, no telling anyone else their religion is wrong, dancing, magic, community, health, and balance. What more could I want in a religion?

The only perfect religion is the one you choose for yourself. No one can be happy worshipping unless they are free to choose their own path.
