well if you really havent said anything to her shes not going to really smile back. Just say hi one day, ask her how she is, things like that, and lure into making a date with her one night. Make sure she doesnt have a bf though!

okay- you share a class~ that's the IN
The next project or after the next test scores are posted, ask if she would like to be a study buddy at Starbucks on Sunday at 4pm. Just the two of you and if it works out maybe more can join in. (Of course that won't happen and both of you know that.-its a very informal date) You better buy that coffee and muffin buddy. Here's your chance to get to know her, not impress her- look really cute and smell clean/nice- don't over do and bring that book with you!.
Its worth the investment and its wrong then, no harm -no foul it won't be a long semester.
That's totally HOW I asked a guy out in college and we dated for 7 months, till we realized that we were just too different.

Ok!!! This is a peace of cake. This won me over one time. So its bound to win over another heart!!! Are you ready??? its pretty cheesy!!! I'm not sure if you guys can drink in your class or can chew gum if so take notice of the brands and one day before class starts go and take her the drink or gum or a cd of a group that you know she likes and say "this really cute guy (YOU) wanted me to give you this and he's sitting at that table right over there and then RUN over to that table or chair, sit down and smile!!! So Adorable!!!
1) It shows a girl that you have taken notice of her interests
2) It shows that you are creative
3) It shows you have a sense of humor
GOOD LUCK!!! KEEP ME POSTED ON HOW IT WORKS FOR YA!!!

Dude you don't need a chic's help on this one. Ask her a few questions about herself, and actually listen. Then leave it at that. Don't press it, women aren't attracted at first glance all the time. There are qualities they look for in our actions that can determine thier attraction. So just ask her a few questions about her day, and if you aren't feeling the vibe let it go and move on. If you're at college there should be plenty of options

Your problem is you are asking to much. Why can't you be a just good classmate first. Nice person is needed by everyone. This doesn't mean everyone go out with you. I don't know why guys are thinking like that. May be by sixth sense she knows what you thinking of and she already have someone in her life.

well sounds like you like this girl. i think that you should walk up to her and say hi maybe even start a conversation with her. don't be shy to talk to her. i'm sure that she will be happy that you talked to her. she may even be afraid to talk to you and she's waiting for you to start the conversation. so don't be shy just go up to her and say hi.

I use to be very shy and insecure and a little of that is healthy. But not to much of it that keeps you from asking anybody out.
I hope that helps you some!!!
