you have to understand what the word Muslim means first buddy!!
Muslim in Arabic means one who submits to God alone,
the verb is Sallama means submits
noun is Islam
and pronoun is Muslim.
so by definition any one who submits to God alone is considered Muslim, that's why you will see us say that Jesus was Muslim, David was Muslim, Moses was Muslim, Abraham was Muslim.
i hope you get the idea!!
plus we can't follow christianity as we believe that the bible has been corrupted over the years and many rituals that have nothing to do with God's words that have been added to the religion.
we respect your faith but we can't put partners with God.
yes Jesus is indeed the Messiah and the one who will unite all the believers and fight the Anti christ. and we are waiting for his return just like Christians are.

They believe that he is the savior, but not the Messiah. The Chosen One. There is a difference. My ex co-worker believed that Jesus was "just a prophet". In the book of John the first Chapter is explains so much more than Jesus being just a prophet. He is the son of God born of virgin birth, resurrected. Yes, Jesus saves hence the title savior-but He didn't just save, he set free.

Because they do not believe that He is the Savior. They believe that He was born of the virgin Mary, and that He was only a man, a prophet, but they do not believe that He was crucified and raise back to life. They only believed that He rose into Heaven. Without believing that Jesus is the Son of God and that He paid for our sins with His own death, there is NO attonement of our sins and without the resurrection there is no hope of eternal life. Without accepting this, one does not accept God's gift of the Holy Ghost. Without the Holy Ghost, one is not a Christian. One MUST be "Born Again", receive a new Spirit, to be a true Christian and receive eternal life in Heaven.

i didn't get ur point ....... if anyone is suppose to be a Muslim, he has to believe in Prophet Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) as a Prophet only, Not a savior, Savior is Only ALLAH (GOD). and there is no such thing as christian Islamists, there is just One True Religion 'Islam' and its followers 'Muslims'. Peace to All.

Muslims believe that Jesus son of Mary was a great servant of God and he couldn't save his own self without the Grace of God and couldn't save any one else without the will of God.

You are sadly mislead, Pal. Muslims have no Savior...
Muslims (and Islam) say Jesus was a prophet but they reject all His teachings ...
They reject Christ's divinity;
they reject his claim to be the Son of God;
they reject his death on the cross...
they reject His ressurrection..
They reject Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...
Need I say more...?
Don't be deceived. The Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ
