I am Canadian and the blame for this shooting rests solely on the depraved individual who did the shooting. As far as america is involved there is no reason to blame america for this. The fault for this shooting is to be laid at the mental illness of the shooter.

People like to blame america for most bad things, though Canada doesn't usually. Besides, why would they? Was the shooter american or something?
