Mole is a layman word so if you want to look it up, the correct term would be 'Nevus' or Nevi (plural)and they are generally raised. What you have look more like 'Lentigos' which is a flat lesion, they are not caused from sun damage but the can change from the sun. Flat lesions are more likely to become dysplastic (a changing lesion) or malignant(melanoma) than a raised lesion so make sure you visit a doctor at least once a year to have them checked out.

I get those too in the summer, only everywhere. "hout seeing your skin, it is difficult to make a diagnosis. However, you could have what is called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This means that inflammation of the skin caused the skin to darker. The inflammation of the skin could be caused by eczema or dry skin or superficial bacterial infection called folliculitis. Treatment is with bleaching cleams like Lustra or Tri-Luma or Epiquin all of which are prescription. I would recommend you vist you local dermatologist for the proper medication to treat your skin."

Those are moles. Then again, I'm no doctor. They could be alien probes placed under your skin.

What you have is quite normal for fair skinned people. They are moles but nothing you have to be concerned about.
