Is God responsible for mans inhumanity to man. God gives us free will. The only necessary for Evil to triumph over Good is for Good men to do nothing.
Sin had made man evil but God in his mercy had prepared a way for the chosen to escape the judgment.
If you are of the ungodly , this world is all you have but your lifetime here is but a blink of time to God.
What matters is where you spend eternity. And you would judge God!We have no conception of good as God defines it. Our best works are as filthy rags.

The beauty is that we are not programmed! We are not forced!
Humans have a free spirit! That means, before any action of any type, humans have a choices!
The reflection of earth today is a result of Choices that humans have or are making! All evil was done by choice! All good is done by choice!
GOD does not make many one do anything! You even have the choice to believe/love or you can do as you will!
You cannot/do not understand anything about the hows and whys of the environment that you are in or is a part of you!
How then should you question that which is beyond both you and your environment? And, even if exposed to the answers, from where should your understanding come from?
Do you understand how it is that parts of your body can be cut off or taken out, too include the heart, and still you remain?
It is even by choice, questionable at best, that you wrote this question! Or do you feel that GOD failed, because you with your free will, choose to asked it?

What are you talking about??? You mean because he does not make everyone act like a puppet and be good. God gave you a mind to do the right thing and if you choose the wrong thing how does this make him bad. What I guess you would rather have someone tell you want to do. Even parents give you free rain to make mistakes so does this mean you are bad.

What on Earth are you talking about? Do you mean that God is responsible for pulling our butts out of every pickle that we get ourselves into??? As any good parent would tell you, you have to let your children make their own mistakes and learn from them. Sometimes innocent people get hurt in this world, but that is the way that the world is. God created it perfect, but when Man chose to ignore God's commandment, Man brought all of the ills into the world. We choose to swim, it is up to us now to float or sink.

Which god are you referring to? The Norse, Greek, Roman, and Chinese gods of tradition were limited in their powers. Even modern (nominally) monotheistic religions have various versions of a central deity with limited powers in some realms. In fact, even some Christian denonminations maintain faith in a belief of a Creator God who set the universe in motion and does not interfere with it. Is your particular God amongst the all powerful and all knowing types? If so, you likely should not raise such a heretical question for fear of Its' mighty and vengeful wrath from above (or from whenceever in Its' unquestionable wisdom It chooses to deliver said wrath from....all praise It who is All!).

There is no absolute moral goodness. No fixed set of rules applies to everything. And God is just a myth. He doesn't really exist.
Religion makes people morally lazy by spoon-feeding them their morality. It discourages people from thinking about the real reasons something is consider morally good or bad. Instead people like to just default to "God said so" and not think about it anymore.
In fact, everybody creates their own morality, though they might rely on various sources, such as the Bible, for input on what they should do. And everybody's morality evolves as one matures.
Learn to think for yourself and think about what your own morality should be instead of just blinding following other people.

Can you give examples or show proof that He doesn't actually try? I don't think you can. He doesn't have to "try" to do anything that he is capable of doing. He just does. He just IS. Either you believe that he is morally good or you don't believe in Him.

Morals are man made ideas... Not God's.
Why not ask a question derived in circular logic next time....

People really need to understand the concept of free will and the way God uses it with us.

I think we have to look to ourselves, God is a god of free choice; He let's us know what we need to do and expects us to do it. A lot of people don't. I haven't seen anyone struck by lightening for disobeying God.
