Sitting down to a plate of real pinto's not the ones in the can,
ham,or meatloaf, corn bread and a glass of buttermilk, slice of
onion, and tomatoes.

no buttermilk for me but I will take a huge glass of iced sweet tea and that would be perfect...and the tomato has to be fresh from the garden still warm from the sun...mmm mmm...

I don't know about the buttermilk and what do you eat the onion and tomatoes with?

I would add a little salt to the buttermilk, give it a "jeera tadka", add low fat creamcheese to cornbread.
