Perhaps his first attempts were very unsuccessful. After all he had to settle on what man currently is, which only proved it was a lot of trouble for him. He accepted our current form which was obviously so flawed they could not even understand what he ment by leave those friggin trees alone.

"God" or "Jesus" or "Mohammed" or "E=Meter" or any other kind of religion is very subjective. There is no point in trying to convince any one else of a religious thought. Religion is by nature not interested in facts, it is interested in faith. Therefore, the entire concept of discussing religion is moot. That is why there is no answer to your question. ;-)

It's not dirt, it's Mother Nature, and she needs the soil to grow her plants, to feed her animals, to feed us.

The same reason steel still exists after making cars, buildings, cookware, etc. He only used a little of it.
