If you intentionally block a person from calling your house, the caller will hear "This person is not receiving calls at this time."

If the person calling you is blocking their number from CID, and you reject it, the caller will hear "This number does not accept blocked calls."

There is a recording telling you that the reciever's number does not accept blocked callers and tells you to hang up and dial again using a code before the reciever's # to unblock your # that one time.

If you blocked them from calling, who cares what they hear...as long as it's not you, right?
