Just five minutes while you are getting ready for work. Also, you can prepare something the night before, so you won't be rushed in the morning.
I travel a great distance to get to work each day but I get up early to walk and jog. Usually, I do two miles on weekdays and three or more on weekends. I do all that before I get started for my very busy Saturdays and church on Sundays.

for starters, get up half an hour earlier and eat breakfast, even if its just toast and juice. then get more exercise of any kind, even walking.Your excuse of 9-5 as a reason to not eat healthily is garbage, you just don't want to eat healthier.When you are ready, you will start.

I try to watch what I eat and stay away from Carbs and sugar. As for exercise. I do half a sit-up, first thing in the morning and finish it when I go to bed.
