I have had a relaxer for 8 years, and I have decided to go natural...since I have, my hair has already grown 3-4 inches! What are some products I could use to keep it tangle free, mosturized and shiny without having it weighed down by grease? I heard about this product line called Dr. Miracle. How well does it work or what would you suggest?

congrats on going natural! it can be a blessing and a pain. I have learned to love my hair. First i start off by conditiong my hair everyday because it gets very dry and only shampooing once every two days. then, i use olive oil cream i can not think of the name of it right now but you can get at a wal-mart or kmart for $5.00. then i add a leave in conditioner from paul mitchel its called the condition last i add bouncy cream from ISO. i got both of those products from ULTA. if you dont have an ULTA nearby try your beauty salon. my hair is really moisturized and the curls are defined. i twist each strand so its spirled this can take some time but worth it in the end. good luck to you. FYI stay away from products that contain mineral oil. they clog your follicles which keeps hair from growing. ALways remember conditioner

I use a glosser (DeFrizz) on my hair for shine and it makes it so silky that any brush/comb can go through. Apply it just after shampooing, towel dried hair.
