What is it like at the FBI academy in Virginia? Do you find your job exciting or scary? What is the training like at the FBI academy is it like army training? I'm just wondering. I like that show body of evidence on court tv and watching the FBI files on Discovery.

Not an FBI agent but I have a fairly good idea of the Academy, it is 16 weeks at Quantico, VA where they study more case law and criminology than a basic state level police academy and extensive arrest and investigative techniques. You might be surprised to know that many brass in local law enforcement have attended the academy, it makes them better cops, I know many officers who have gone though. I have been told it is a very intense learning experience.
