I would go for wine. Beer - too much calories. Liquor - also, too much sugar. If you need to choose, choose wine.

Well if you ask my sister in law she would tell you wine. She just switched to it from beer. But you must be careful a serving a wine is 4 - 5 oz to one beer. So if you are drinking bigger amounts of wine you may as well drink beer.

Becks Light for beer= 4g of carbs i believe and 69 calories...not too bad either.....just stay away from mixed drinks and suprisingly enough shots contain more calories then you'd think

gin and slim line tonic has the lowest amont of calories. I think that in the USA you call slim line tonic something different (not club soda) it has less calories than vodka wine and beer.

You shouldn't drink it at all. It transforms into sugar, so... if you're counting calories cut it. Also beer (being bubbly) makes your stomach look bigger.

Your spirt of choice with just ice if that is too harsh use water or diet soda as a mixer.
