Butter, then beans then cheese on top so it melts but doesn't get swamped by the bean juice.
Also a pub near me used to do a great potato with crispy bacon and mushrooms - delicious. Then they changed the chef and the menu - shame :-(
And there's a place near London Bridge that did (and may still do) bolognese sauce - used to like that too!

Would have to be beans and cheese with salad and salad cream OR prawns mmmmm. Stop it im getting hungry now and i've got an hour till lunch so im gnna have to get away from the food section lol
