Well if you have kids get someone to watch them for the day for you and just do what you want to do for that day.. If its work come home take a hot bath w/ candles all around w/ some nice music. then curl up w/ a good book or a really good movie and do nothing the rest of the night but what makes you feel good.

Its a good idea to get yourself away from people and the stressful work of daily life. I recommend you go out into the woods, either with someone you love, some friends or (if you really want to escape it all) go yourself. Getting back to nature reallys puts things into perspective.

Don't know how old you are or what is stressing you, but I found out that if I turn off the television and my cell phone I destress immediately. Music helps too. Or take a yoga class.

read a book, soak in a warm bubble bath or spa salt. Another thing you can do is go out for a walk, shopping, or bake a cake for your local food bank.

learn to meditate.it sounds silly but its actually pretty cool and its easy i took a stress mgmnt. class in college. ive heard yoga works too, but i didnt personally like it.
