Try this:

(1) Eat breakfast every day within 90 minutes of waking up -- people who don't are 450% more likely to be overweight

(2) Eat six small meals per day instead of three large meals per day -- if you eat too much at one setting, your body stores what you don't need as fat. Eating smaller meals over the course of the day also helps keep your metabolism running higher.

(3) Take a tablespoonful of olive oil and two 1,000mg capsules of EPA fish oil three times a day, especially before meals -- these two forms of oil have essential fats that keep your cholesterol in check and they also act as a natural appetite suppressant.

(4) Increase your fiber intake -- aim for 25g of fiber per day. Use fiber supplements like fiber pills or bars if you have to.

(5) The rest is common sense -- avoid saturated fat, trans fat, soft drinks, fast food, junk food, and refined flour/sugar. Instead, go for whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, nuts, eggs, and lowfat dairy products.

Good luck!

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate, and plan your diet carefully. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Stop drinking soda. Drink A LOT of water to flush out your body regularily... at least 8 glasses. Do not snack on junk food, but don't cut out snacks. Instead, have an apple or other fruit to not make you "starving" so that when you do eat, you don't over eat.

Watch your sodium intake, as well as calories and fats. And exercise, even a little. It would be ideal if you could start working out, but if you don't want to, at least make small efforts. Go on short walks, park in the back of the parking lot at the store so you have to walk farther, do chores around the house more to be active... etc...

Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

If you'r having a hard time loosing weight first get your thyroid tested. When that's straitened out a balanced diet with a few treats and daily activity is the best. I know it's old advice but it really works. Activity can be as simple as riding your bike to work or siting with a proper poster, then again try using the stairs instead of the elevator. stressed don't eat site up properly and read a good book.

There is no easy answer to this. You have to find what is best to you. Lots of small meals, lots of lean protiens (chicken fish). At least 30mins a day of cardio.

The overall best answer to this never-ending question is so simple and true -- Eat what you want; just as long as it is in moderation & burn more calories than you eat.
