you r absolutely right my friend, and we should why not.we have earned our way of living after thousands of yrs of hardship. Other people who are jeoulous of our success cannot take it away from us by force or even by killing themselves.And this war is not at all related to religion from the american side. For us it is only to protect our way of life as you put it.Many americans dont appreciate the freedom they have just bec they have not seen the other side of the world. Do you know in many parts of the world if you draw a cartoon of the head of state you would be arrested and may be hanged or shot.America is the greatest my friend So just njoy it.

America is full of different religions. And when America gave religious freedom, that's when we became a great nation.
Don't leave your coat tail out, Europe went through a violent and barbaric age as well, so did America. Its not religion, it the natural progression of civilization. So when you look at the Middle Easy, you are seeing old Europe. Islam is behind because it is less then 1400, just like when Christianity was technological behind Judiasm. It a natural process of civilazation. PS: only 12% of the Middle East is Muslim, most are in Asia. Don't get in the extreme mind frame,America is not a country of religion, but of freedom, like what the Quran advises. I AM BORN AMERICAN AND A MUSLIM AND WIL NOT LET ANYONE TAKE AWAY AMERICA.

any person with the sense of mind will never support such atrocities. as for people who kill innocent people and GIVE IT THE NAME OF ALLAH, LIKE THOSE SUICIDE BOMBERS -- MAY BE THEY FORGOT TO READ THIS VERSE. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO THOSE WHO DO IT IN A POLITICAL MANNER TOO.

just like those Islam bashers who read Quran and dont understand whats written in it. there is no difference between the two -- one blows up innocent people while the other blows up the whole religion.

what is JIHAD?
JIHAD MEANS -- TO STRIVE OR TO STRUGGLE FROM WITHIN TO BETTER URSELF.

JIhad is of 2 types, the first one
1. accd to prophet muhammed-pbuh --'the most holiest of wars is the conquest of thyself.'
2. when one is trying to opress u and ur family, as a last resort to self-defense, when no peace talks will work.

the 3rd and new type of Jihad was introduced by the Extremists and Media, to brainwash people, so that they fill up their pockets at the expense of someone elses life. and let me tell u that there is no '72 virgin concept' in Islam. these people who kill and spread false lies, will Inshaallah be the first ones to be thrown into the Hellfire
