well for me the most efective way to lose weight is sports..... make goals like study something till u get litle tired mentaly then go exercise u will feel that it feels good ,, or make some goals like i will read a lilte books then exercise then i will go smoke 1 cigarete u know that one cigarete for me is so much nicer after this then without it all althought it's not healthy.. but u have to sometimes give you're self something that u like and is a treat to u then u shouldn't get so dam depresed...this should help

okay.think of your great grandma,i'm sure she had a good life and now is in a better place without pain and only happiness. don't know how old you are,but you didn't gain weight over night and it isn't going to come off overnight. monitor your calorie intake and do whatever exercises will be easy for YOU to stick with.DEFINITLY STOP the purging BEFORE it becomes habitual. talk to your parents if you can 'cause the self mutilation IS a sign of depression.good luck

It sounds like you have an eating disorder, and poor self image. Cutting is also psychological. You should see about seeing a psychologist, or therapist that you can trust and that you like. Also, talk to your parents and tell them that you want to learn how to eat better. Be honest with them and tell them that you are feeling really bad about yourself, and that you want to eat more healthy. There are food nutritionists out there that can help you learn how to lose weight the right way!!! Please don't go without help, it can only get worse.

Get some help! Ask your parents or a school counsler. If you have trouble talking to them write a letter explaining what happen and try to get some help. I've experience in wieght problems and self mutalation... trust me u don't want it to get to the point where it's out of controlll. getting control again... sucks... it just sucks. Good luck...

Yes, you have depression. I myself have depression as well and went to everything you just discribed. I used to be anorexic and bilimic as well as taking diet pills ect...I also used to cut myself and do drugs. If I were you I would go to someone you trust and talk to them about your options for recovery. It does help, even if you just go to a counslor to talk. You will feel so much better. I hope your ok and will get help.

Sweet heart you need to talk to your parents or maybe a school counselor. What your doing to yourself is really dangerous. You may end up causing real damage to your body that you wont recover from. You sound like your suffering from severe depression. Please get help! Don't be afraid to ask for it!

Go and talk to your mother. If she won't listen talk to a school counseler. If this is a joke question you will still need help. I think a therapist will help if you talk to them.
