If you ended up in the hospital 3 times, why are you asking people here what your problem is? Ask the doctor next time you're there. Might be a good idea to just pass on the alcohol next time!

Do you only get sick when you drink beer? You may have developed an allergy to something that is in the drink. If you are getting sick to all alcohol this may mean that you may have developed an allergy to alcohol in general.

I am allergic to alcohol. Not that bad, but I have like an allegic reaction, itchy, turn red.
No fun. But if you have one drink and are that sick I would go see the doctor. That can't be right to have that bad of a reaction to food.

I agree that you might have developed a condition, either in the digestive system, or some other chemical regulation system, and that you should see a doctor.
However, it may also be that you developed an allergy or something. Try not to panic, it may not be anything serious.

You have a problem. You drank beer when you were younger. That part of your life when you were developing. However, alcohol can destroy your organs. You must seek medical attention.

you might have an ulcer and your stomach might not be able to handle the alcohol. Maybe you should consult a professional about this because this is a serious problem?

If you go to a doctor to get checked out for pancreatitis, also ask for blood tests to rule out high insulin (hyperinsulinemia), low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and other blood sugar imbalance disorders.
Some basic info is available at www.hufa.org.
