no such thing as a quick way to drop that much weight. However, you could start by lowering your caloric intake...then start with some light cardio...then add some weight training,,,,then intensify the cardio and you should be on your way. If you try to go all out at once you will fail, so take baby steps and you'll find yourself achieving your goal faster.

Stop drinking soda. Drink A LOT of water to flush out your body regularily... at least 8 glasses. Do not snack on junk food, but don't cut out snacks. Instead, have an apple or other fruit to not make you "starving" so that when you do eat, you don't over eat.

Watch your sodium intake, as well as calories and fats. And exercise, even a little. It would be ideal if you could start working out, but if you don't want to, at least make small efforts. Go on short walks, park in the back of the parking lot at the store so you have to walk farther, do chores around the house more to be active... etc...

The atkins diet by the book and follow it to a tee its hard but the results are amazing i lost 2 stone in 7 weeks! do plenty of walking alongside the diet xx

Don't eat and exercise. Limit your calorie intake and only eat healthy foods with little or no carbs. Good luck with that. Oh, and stay away from the doughnuts.

i don't know how to loose 50 but to loose some just replace two meals with raisin bran and you will loose and jog if u can jog exercise is a plus!

get to the nearest gym,be more active if u do not need to drive somewhere walk instead. also drink lots of water.
