i was wondering if anyone knew any links or recipes urself with ground meat or sumthang fried or skillet no bakin oven isnt workin lol we r in the prosess of moving to a diff house where there r better appli. thnkxs lol. and funny questions i dont mind cause nothin can really get too me lol there is always someone tryin too be funny so i dont mind lol but if u could help i thank u and best gets 10 point lol

Try this:
Meat ball hamburgers: (without the sauce)

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 small onion (chopped)
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
salt,pepper
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
splash of milk
Mix all together
Make patties
add little oil on bottom of frying pan.
fry the patties!
You can eat these with or without the buns!
YUM!

Hawaiian Meatballs
6 Servings

1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp. ginger
fresh ground black pepper
1 lb. ground turkey
3 Tabls. chopped green onion
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs - seasoned
1 8 oz can of pineapple chunks, in natural juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tabls cornstarch
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper - sliced in strips
1 red pepper -sliced in strips
1 yellow pepper - sliced in strips

In bowl, sprinkle garlic powder, ginger and pepper over meat. Add onion, egg and bread crumbs. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook in nonstick skillet over mediums heat - spray pam if necessary - until browned on all sides. Set aside and keep warm.

Drain pineapple, reserve liquid, Mix pineapple juice with water to make 1 cup. Pour into skillet, add brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat stirring constantly, about 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Add meatballs, pineapple chunks, and peppers, Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until peppers are softened.

Serve over rice

Brown meat, drain off extra oil. Add chopped onions, saute' till tender. Add one can chopped tomatoes, one small can tomato sauce, one can sweet peas (drained) and one can whole kernel corn (drained). Season with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder
and sugar. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice or alone. Enjoy
