I'm a stay at home mom with a 9 month old son. I'm looking for new learning activities I can do with my son. I can tell he's getting bored doing the same things everyday. any suggestions?

Have you tried mom & baby exercises? There are different ones you can do. Do a web search to see if you can find pics of ones. Also there is a website that I let my son play on and he loves it. www.kiddiesgames.com There is one game on there that when the baby hits a certain letter on the keyboard it will flash on the screen and say it outloud. You can also just surround him with toys and play on his own. This is an important skill for babies and toddlers to learn. If you want to get stuff done around the house place them in a playpen with the toys. My son is two, but since he was a small baby he loved it when I put music on and danced around with him too.

The Huggie's website has a wonderful section on ideas for activities to do indoor or outdoors with your baby. It's called the Activity Playhouse.

Kids that age are visual. Watch fun educational shows with him and be interactive while you watch. Take him to the mall or park and walk around.
