i have a 2mp photo and i would like to print it around the size of a4. it looks ok when i print a 2mp photo at home but will it look ok printed professionaly

Printing professionally shouldn't be any worse than what you print at home.

It should look fine if you view it from a small distance, but if you press your nose to the glass, the picture will look a bit fuzzy. (They will presumably interpolate the image before printing so that you don't see the individual pixels.)
In order to print A4 with great resolution, you'd really want to start out with 8 mega-pixels.

Hi, I recommand you to try google picasa.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.

It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.

It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

Yes it will look OK.Just set quality to fast normal so it doesn't spill from the side.
