This girl I'm getting to know, she was greeted me by gently brushing her hand over my shoulder, same as when she was leaving. Does this mean she likes me and has increasing affection for me? Or, is she just getting more used to me, do just regular friends do this too? This is the first time she's voluntarily touched me. What do you think, explain more in depth and share other thoughts. Thanks.

I've experienced the same thing as you describe with a friend of mine. when we meet for lunch or something we'll say good bye afterwards and she has put her and on my shoulder. It's comforting, The unfortunate part is she's married so it's only a friendly gesture.
For you it might be both of what you describe. Maybe when she does this next time test the water and return the gesture. I've done this. no problems

umm yeah it could you should try touching her shoulder see her response. Just be casual about it. You know also you should try touching her hand find something and say o these are cute rings or someething and grab her hand softly and take a look but dont ask to touch her just do it women like touch but not a lot just a little at a time.

She is getting close to you buddy. Well I think she wanna be a good close friend of yours. First get to the level of a close friend and after some days you yourself will be knowing whats it all about in deep.
