floreat means flourish, curator is someone who has authority over or oversees something, and cutis is a peer-reviewed clinical journal for the dermatologist, allergist, and general practitioner.
together they don't mean much, it's not a latin phrase i know... maybe interpreted as some sort of skin care phrase? like "i'm in charge of my skin and it's natural beauty." probably just means nothing though.

Hmmm.. I think this translates very loosely as "flowering protector of skin," which may not mean much to the lay person, but perhaps if it can be interpreted to mean something like "Increasing skin protection," and especially since you have capitalized it, I'm going to guess that it is the motto for a dermatology association. I haven't been able to find it online, but it may simply not be mentioned on the Internet.

The phrase means "Let him, who takes care of the skin, flourish"
or "May the manager of the skin prosper ".
In modern terms maybe .. May the dermatologist prosper ..?
